Shipping times vary by delivery address. For delivery within the UK, we aim to deliver all orders placed before 1pm Monday – Friday within 1-3 working days from dispatch. Bank holidays, national holidays and peak seasonal shipping periods will produce longer delivery times.
Our returns and exchange policy is 30 days. We are only able to refund or exchange faulty or damaged goods, and within this time period.
Our cancellation policy is 14 days under the Consumer Contract Regulations. Under the CCRs we are only able to refund unopened products.
Refunds and replacements can only be issued if all of the below are met:
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Customers are also required to pay associated shipping fees when returning an order, and are responsible for ensuring the goods arrive safely. If you are shipping an item over £75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
